THE CHALLENGE

Viewhouse is one of Colorado's most established dining and entertainment concepts, known for large-format rooftop spaces, sports programming, and a high-energy atmosphere across multiple locations. ESP built the AV systems for the Colorado Springs, Littleton, and DTC locations from scratch, serving as the AV vendor of record through design, installation, and commissioning at each site. Downtown Denver came later as a system update, bringing the original location in line with the standard established at the newer builds.

When a hospitality group of this scale keeps coming back to the same AV vendor across every new location they open, it says something about the quality and reliability of the work.

WHAT WE BUILT

DISPLAY SYSTEMS AND CONTROL

Every Viewhouse location is a sports and entertainment venue as much as it is a restaurant. The display infrastructure has to serve a wide range of programming across the day and night. ESP designed and installed the full TV and display systems at each location, including mounting, signal routing, and control infrastructure. Staff can manage what is showing where without technical expertise or calling for support.

LED VIDEO WALLS

Each Viewhouse location has an LED video wall as the centerpiece display element. ESP supplied and installed the walls across all four locations, handling structural mounting, tile installation, signal distribution, and integration with the broader display control system. Each wall was designed and calibrated for the ambient light conditions, viewing distances, and content types that Viewhouse actually runs on any given night.

AUDIO SYSTEMS

Large format dining and entertainment spaces are acoustically demanding. Indoor dining, bar areas, rooftop spaces, and private event areas all have different requirements and different acoustic characters. ESP designed the audio system at each location around how the space actually gets used, giving operators zone level control that matches the reality of running a busy venue across a full day of service.

EXECUTION

Building AV systems across multiple locations of the same hospitality brand is a different challenge than building one great system. Each Viewhouse location is a different building with a different floor plan, different ceiling heights, different structural constraints, and different acoustic properties. The system design has to be adapted to every one of those variables while still delivering an experience that feels consistent across every location.

A guest who visits Viewhouse Colorado Springs and then Viewhouse DTC should feel like they are in the same brand environment even though the buildings are completely different. That consistency does not happen by accident. It requires a vendor who understands the brand standard, designs to it deliberately at each site, and specifies equipment that performs to the same level regardless of what the building throws at the installation.

ESP has done this across all four Colorado locations. The design approach, the equipment platform, the control philosophy, and the standard of installation are consistent across every site. Three of the four were built from the ground up with ESP as the AV vendor of record from day one. The fourth was a system update that brought the original location in line with the standard established at the newer builds.

THE RESULT

ESP has been the AV vendor for every Viewhouse location in Colorado. The relationship started with one location and grew from there as each new site opened. Downtown Denver received a system update to bring it in line with what had been established at the newer builds.

Four locations across the state, each one a different building with different constraints, all of them running the same standard of display systems, LED video walls, and audio. The work has been consistent enough that Viewhouse has never had a reason to look elsewhere.
